For years, Amberly has been studying, teaching, and practicing a positive, resilient mindset. It’s the one and ONLY thing that actually worked for her to overcome her pain and circumstances.
She learned that you could move from grieving to bliss, self-pity to self-compassion, fighting pain to finding purpose and giving up to giving it some grit using a method she created called PACER.

Perspective: You have the power AND choice to transform your life with a simple shift in your perspective. It’s not necessarily what is happening in our world but how we view it. The quickest way to shift your perspective is to count your blessings, get grateful, focus on the positive, or hunt for the good. Gratitude is alchemy. It turns what we don’t have into what we DO have, and what we can’t do into what we CAN do.
Acceptance: True acceptance is the first step to freedom and becoming the best version of yourself. It’s recognizing that you are ready to make changes necessary to have the best life possible and thrive. It is the beginning of starting where you are, using what you, and doing what you can.
Community: You are never alone. Together we are unstoppable. We are hardwired for connection. We need it to survive and thrive. Now more than ever, safe spaces, and building community online can be as important as coming together in person. When we share our story build meaningful, deep connections and strengthen our community.
Endurance: Passion + Perseverance = GRIT and that is exactly what you need to get through the most challenging times and go after your big goals. When we focus on our “WHY” and doing things one day at a time and one step at a time we build our stamina. It takes a willingness to get up every day and jump out of your comfort zone and practice to develop good habits.
Rest: Rest means recovery, refuel, recharge, and reset. It’s giving yourself GRACE and lots of it. It’s loving yourself each day and listening to your body and your heart. It’s being open-minded to different methods of rest when you are challenged with a never-ending to-do list or are in too much pain to fall asleep.
